Staff on the list, guests for a day

How it would work

Staff get in by licence plate, with no access cards. When they expect a visitor, they add the visitor’s plate for that day only. At the end of the month, the building manager downloads an occupancy report by department.

How it would work

Commuters buy their pass online, linked to their licence plate. Free spaces are shown on the website in real time, so you know there is room before you leave home, and the pass is renewed online.

04 What we offer

Six modules that work together

Take all of them or just the ones you need now. They all share the same access list and the same log, so nothing is entered twice.

  • ANPR reading at the barrier

The camera reads the plate and the platform looks it up in bookings and the access list.

  • Card payment

Checkout on your website, with the rate calculated automatically for the chosen period.

  • Automatic notifications

Customers automatically get a confirmation after payment and a reminder before their booking expires.

  • Browser-based panel

Live camera, barrier, access list and log, on a phone or a computer.

  • Booking calendar

Availability by day and rates by period, shown before payment.

  • Access without remotes

Access is tied to the licence plate, not a remote. Revoke it by removing the plate from the list.

05 From website to barrier

Every step, handled by the same team

The website, payments, plate recognition and the panel are all built by us. We connect to the barrier, including the one you already have, and then take care of support and maintenance.

Frequently asked questions

What car park managers ask us

Does it work with the barrier I already have?

We work with most barriers that accept a dry-contact or relay command, including FAAC, CAME, BFT, Nice and Hörmann models. We check your model for free before quoting.

What happens to licence plate data (GDPR)?

Data is stored encrypted on servers in the EU, kept only as long as needed (30 days by default for access events, configurable) and is accessible only to designated administrators.

Can I manage the car park from my phone?

Yes. The management panel runs in the browser, on a phone, tablet or computer: you see the live entrance camera, the log and the bookings, add plates to the access list and raise the barrier.

What happens if the internet goes down?

The barrier keeps working: the access list is synced locally, and events are sent to the platform as soon as the connection is back.
